Accessibility

Accessibility commitment

Advocacy only works if everyone can take part. We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What that means in practice

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page.
  • Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
  • Visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Color contrast that meets or exceeds AA thresholds.
  • Form fields with programmatic labels and clear error messages.
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected — animation is disabled when your system asks for it.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time audit. We review new pages and features against WCAG 2.1 AA before they ship, and we treat reported barriers as defects to fix, not feedback to file.

Found a barrier?

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us: email advocacy@digitalassettax.org with a description of the problem and the page where it occurred. We will respond, and if the barrier is blocking you from taking action or donating, we will complete the action with you by email.

Next step

Take action on H.R. 9500 or support the work.
